FAQ: Can I choose the delivery date and time?

A: Yes, you can choose your delivery date and time on the cart page. Select your preferred date in advance and choose a time within our available slots:

  • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 02:00 PM
  • 02:00 PM – 04:00 PM
  • 04:00 PM – 06:00 PM
  • 06:00 PM – 08:00 PM
  • 08:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Please note: We need 2 hours to prepare your delivery. The available time slots depend on when your order is placed. For example, if you place your order at 10:00 AM on the same day, you’ll be able to select the 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM time slot or any later one.

Important: Orders placed after 8:00 PM and before midnight will be prepared for the next day, with the earliest available delivery time starting from around 2:00 PM onward.
Orders placed after midnight (early morning) can select from 10:00 AM onward, depending on preparation time.

Time slots that have already started will no longer appear. The system will only display delivery slots that are still available based on your order time and the required preparation time.


Notice for Sundays:
Our shop is officially closed on Sundays, so Google Maps may show us as closed. However, if you place your order in advance and delivery slots are still available, we can arrange delivery during the following time windows:

  • 06:00 PM – 08:00 PM
  • 08:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Please make sure to order ahead to reserve your slot. We are unable to accept last-minute or walk-in orders on Sundays.

During festive seasons, we may adjust the time slots to better suit our delivery schedule.

In some cases, if you’ve placed your order in advance and would like to narrow down your delivery time slot, you can leave a note for us in the "Delivery Instructions" box on the second page of checkout, as shown in the picture below. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
