Can I skip pinning my location before checkout?

To ensure quick and accurate delivery, we recommend pinning your location on Google Maps. You can do this right on the cart page.

If you’re choosing pickup or unsure of your location, you can skip pinning. If we can’t find your location, please leave a hint in the Delivery Instructions box at checkout to help us deliver your bouquet correctly.

How to find the postal code for delivery?

A postal code is a five-digit number used in Chiang Mai addresses. It helps us accurately locate the recipient’s address and ensure smooth delivery. Read more

Why can't I select a delivery time close to my order time?

Please note: We need about 2 hours to prepare your delivery. The available time slots depend on when your order is placed. For example, if you order at 10:00 AM, the earliest slot you can select will be 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM or later.

Important: Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be prepared for the next day, with delivery starting from around 2:00 PM onward. Slots that have already started will not appear.

Why can't I pick up my order immediately after placing it?

Please note: We need around 1–2 hours to prepare your pickup order. Available slots depend on when your order is placed.

Important: Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be prepared for the next day, with pickup starting from around 2:00 PM onward.

Slots that are too close to start time won’t appear.

What happens if the flowers I want are out of stock?

To ensure you get the flowers you want, please reach out to us via live chat to confirm availability before placing your order.

If you’ve already placed an order without confirming availability, and we’re unable to source the flowers or materials, we will contact you directly to discuss alternatives or suggest other available options.

What if my postal code is available for delivery but my address is outside the delivery area?

Please note that delivery to your location will depend on our service area coverage. If your address is outside our delivery area, it might be too far for us to reach, and delivery could be delayed due to difficulty finding a driver. If we’re unable to deliver, we’ll cancel your order and reach out to arrange a refund. Thanks for understanding!

Will I see a preview of my flowers before delivery?

Yes. Once your bouquet is finished, we will send a preview photo to the email used at checkout before your scheduled delivery or pickup.

Please note: The preview photo is for confirmation only. Once the bouquet is completed, it cannot be changed or redesigned.

We will create your bouquet to closely match the sample product. However, flowers are natural materials and some flowers or secondary elements may vary depending on seasonal availability.

If you have any special requests or preferences, please inform us before checkout. Requests made after preparation may incur additional charges.

Preview delivery method:
Preview photos and delivery updates are sent by email only. We are unable to send preview or proof photos via LINE unless your LINE account is connected with our shop.

Will I receive proof of delivery?

After your order has been delivered, you will receive an email notification confirming the delivery status.

Photo proof of delivery depends on:

  • The recipient’s permission
  • The driver’s ability at the delivery location

If a delivery photo is available, it will be sent after the delivery confirmation email.

How Do We Deliver?

The shop utilizes delivery services from partners such as Grab, Line Man, and Maxim for order deliveries. The delivery personnel from these partners will be the ones contacting the recipient upon reaching the destination.

The shop can only deliver products to recipients within the city of Chiang Mai and neighboring districts in the province of Chiang Mai. You can find out the delivery location here: click

Can I Cancle My Order?

If you choose to cancel your order, the cancellation must meet the following conditions: it must be requested within 3 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. If more than 3 hours have passed, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount. No cancellations will be entertained under any circumstances once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse or is in transit.

Return Product

In the rare event that you find the freshness of your order or the condition of any flowers unsatisfactory, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours, providing photos of the delivered items, and we will be more than happy to replace them. Read more
