FAQ: Can I pick up my order at the shop?
A: Yes, we offer pickup at our front store. You can select your preferred method on the cart page.
Available pickup time slots:
10:00 AM · 11:00 AM · 12:00 PM
01:00 PM · 02:00 PM · 03:00 PM
04:00 PM · 05:00 PM · 06:00 PM
07:00 PM · 08:00 PM
Once your order is ready for pickup, we’ll notify you by email.
Please note: We usually need around 1–2 hours to prepare your pickup order. The available pickup slots depend on when your order is placed. If your order is placed close to the start of a pickup slot, that slot may no longer appear and the system will show the next available one.
Important: Orders placed after 8:00 PM and before midnight will be prepared for the next day, with the earliest available pickup time starting from around 2:00 PM onward. Orders placed after midnight (early morning) can select from 10:00 AM onward, depending on preparation time.
Pickup slots that have already started or are too close to their start time will no longer appear. The system will only display pickup times that are still available based on your order time and the required preparation time.
Note for Sundays:
Our shop is officially closed on Sundays, but we accept advance pickup orders if time slots are still available.
Sunday pickup slots:

- 06:00 PM
- 07:00 PM
- 08:00 PM
Please place your order ahead of time to secure a slot. Walk-ins and same-day pickups are not available on Sundays.
During festive seasons, we may adjust pickup time slots to better suit our schedule.
