Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to order cancellations requested before an order is dispatched or delivered. For quality concerns after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

 

Cancellation (One-Time Orders)

If you wish to cancel your order, the cancellation must meet the following conditions:

  • Cancellation must be requested within 3 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund.
  • If more than 3 hours have passed, a 50% refund of the total amount will be issued.
  • No cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances once the order has been dispatched or is in transit.

 

Pickup Orders

  • Flowers will be securely stored at our shop until 8:00 PM (shop closing time).
  • If the order is not picked up within 24 hours of the selected pickup time, the order will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be issued.

 


 

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Wrapped Flowers subscription after meeting the minimum order requirement of your selected subscription plan.

 

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Through Your Customer Account

  1. Log in to your customer account
  2. Go to the “Subscription” menu
  3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel
  4. Click “Cancel subscription”

When Does Cancellation Take Effect?

  • Cancellation takes effect immediately once confirmed
  • Billing and deliveries stop right away
  • Cancellations cannot be undone

 

Cancel vs Pause

  • Cancel: Permanently ends your subscription
  • Pause: Temporarily stops upcoming orders and can be resumed later

 

Refunds (Subscriptions)

Subscription payments are non-refundable once an order has been processed. Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not available.
