Wrapped Flowers Subscription - Terms of Service

Wrapped Flowers by Gentle Doves is a subscription-based service providing DIY flower kits delivered on a recurring schedule.

By subscribing to any Wrapped Flowers subscription product, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms of Service in addition to the Gentle Doves Flower Shop General Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, these Subscription Terms of Service shall govern subscription-related matters.

 

1. Subscription Plans

We offer two types of subscription plans:

• Pay-As-You-Go: Charges are applied when each recurring order is created.
• Prepay: Payment is made in advance for multiple deliveries at a discounted rate.

All subscription plans include free delivery unless otherwise stated.

 

2. Pricing & Discounts

Subscription pricing and discounts vary by plan and are clearly displayed at checkout. Discounts apply only to subscription orders and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

One-time purchases are priced separately and do not include subscription discounts.

 

3. Billing & Payments

Recurring payments are processed automatically when scheduled subscription orders are created, based on the selected subscription frequency and the timing of the original order, according to the store’s local time.

If you cancel your subscription before the next scheduled order is created, you will not be charged again.

All payments are securely encrypted and processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider.

Subscription payments must be made using a valid credit or debit card.
Bank transfers, cash on delivery (COD), and other offline payment methods are not available for subscription orders due to the automated recurring billing system.

 

4. Minimum Commitment

To ensure fairness and service continuity:

• Pay-As-You-Go subscriptions require a minimum of 2 successful orders before cancellation is allowed.
• Prepay subscriptions require a minimum of 4 successful orders before cancellation is allowed.

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled before meeting these minimum requirements.

 

5. Subscription Expiration

Subscriptions are not indefinite:

• Pay-As-You-Go subscriptions expire after 10 completed orders.
• Prepay subscriptions expire after 32 completed orders.

Once a subscription expires, no further charges or deliveries will occur unless a new subscription is created.

 

6. Cancellation & Pausing

Subscriptions may be cancelled or paused through the customer account once the minimum order requirements are met.

• Cancellation is immediate and permanent.
• Billing and deliveries stop immediately upon cancellation.
• Pausing temporarily stops deliveries and can be resumed later.

 

7. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment attempt is unsuccessful, the system will retry the charge using the payment method on file up to 5 times, with 1 day between each attempt.

If payment cannot be successfully processed after the maximum number of retry attempts, the subscription will be automatically cancelled.

In cases of repeated failed payment attempts or behavior that appears to intentionally avoid payment and does not comply with the minimum order requirements of the subscription, Gentle Doves Flower Shop reserves the right to suspend or restrict the customer’s account, or deny future access to subscription services, without prior notice.

 

8. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable once an order has been processed. Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not available.

 

9. Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries follow the selected subscription schedule. If a subscription is cancelled, any unprocessed or pending shipments will be cancelled.

Delivery times are coordinated separately with the customer.

 

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery address, payment information, and contact details are accurate and up to date before the next scheduled order is created.

 

11. Changes to the Service

Gentle Doves Flower Shop reserves the right to update subscription pricing, discounts, or these Terms of Service with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been paid for or processed.

 

12. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms of Service.

 

13. Governing Law

These Subscription Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
