Shipping policy

 

Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders placed before 8:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery (Monday–Saturday), depending on available delivery time slots. Please allow at least 1-2 hours for order preparation.
• Orders placed after 08:00 PM will be delivered the next day or on your selected date.
• Delivery hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

 

Delivery Areas & Fees

• We deliver across Chiang Mai city and some surrounding districts.
• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our shop. You will see the delivery cost at checkout before confirming your order.
• Free delivery may apply for orders above a certain amount (check our FAQ page for more details).

 

Delivery Conditions

• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver will attempt to contact them.
• We allow up to 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our shop for pickup. No refunds will be issued in this case.
• For office, hospital, or hotel deliveries, please provide detailed information (building name, room number, contact person) to ensure successful delivery.

 

Pickup Option

• Customers may choose pickup at our shop during operating hours: 09:30 AM – 8:00 PM.

Important Notes

• As flowers are perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive them at the selected time.
• We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, road closures, or incorrect delivery details provided).
