FAQ: How to find the postal code for delivery

A postal code is a five-digit number used in Chiang Mai addresses. It helps us accurately locate the recipient’s address and ensure smooth delivery.

To use our delivery service, you must provide the correct postal code. If you don’t have it, you can opt for pickup instead.
