Custom Bouquet Service - FAQ

Our “Custom Bouquet” service lets you design a one-of-a-kind bouquet — from the main flowers and fillers to the foliage, wrapping, and ribbons. Because this is a custom-made service, there are some important things to understand before ordering. Below are the most common questions and answers:

What do I get when I build my own bouquet?

  • Personalization – Choose your main flowers, fillers, foliage, wrapping, and ribbons to make it uniquely yours.
  • Emotional Value – A bouquet designed by you carries a personal touch and meaning.
  • Transparency – You know exactly what goes into your bouquet.
  • Fun Process – The step-by-step builder makes ordering an interactive and creative experience.

Can I see a preview before it’s made?

No — previews or mockups are not possible. The bouquet only takes shape once our florist arranges the flowers you’ve selected.

Will I receive a photo of my bouquet?

Yes. We’ll send you a photo of your finished bouquet once it has been arranged, before delivery.

Can I make changes after it’s finished?

No. Rearrangements or adjustments are not possible once the bouquet is completed. This ensures the flowers stay fresh and prevents damage.

Will my bouquet look like your pre-designed bouquets?

Not exactly. The final look depends on your selections, so it may differ from our pre-designed arrangements. Our florists will always arrange it as beautifully as possible within your choices.

What if a flower I selected is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with the closest option in color and style to complete your bouquet.

Why are there limited flowers to choose from?

Our fresh flower options are updated seasonally, based on what is available each month in the Chiang Mai flower market. Some flowers may be out of season or harder to source at certain times of the year.

Why are some flower colors listed generally (e.g. "Pink") instead of specific tones like soft pink or vivid pink?

We only provide color options that realistically exist in the market. Not all flowers are grown in every shade, so we simplify color choices to what’s truly available.

For wrapping paper and ribbons, we may reduce shades to a single color name (e.g. "Pink"). When we arrange your bouquet, our florists may use a softer or brighter shade depending on what complements the flowers best. If you prefer a very specific tone, please include it in the Special Instructions when using our Build Your Own Bouquet service.

How long does a custom bouquet take to prepare?

Custom bouquets may take longer than ready-made designs since each one is created step by step based on your choices.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the result?

No. Since the bouquet is arranged according to your selections, dissatisfaction with the look is not a reason for refund or return.
