How to request deletion of your data:
- Send an email to info@gentledovesflowershop.com with the subject line: Facebook Data Deletion.
- In your email, please include:
- Your full name (as shown on Facebook)
- The email address linked to your Facebook account
- Any additional information that may help us identify your account
- Once we receive your request, we will verify your details and permanently delete all data associated with your Facebook login within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Alstro Chat Assistant â Data Deletion Instructions
In addition to our Facebook Login services, Gentle Doves Flower Shop utilizes an AI assistant named Alstro to provide customer support via Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct. We only store message history to help us better serve your inquiries and manage your floral orders.
How to request deletion of your chat data: If you wish to have your conversation history and associated messaging ID deleted from our system, please follow these steps:

In your email, please include:
- Your name as it appears on Facebook or Instagram.
- A link to your profile (optional, but helps us identify you accurately).
- The specific platform you used (e.g., "Facebook Messenger" or "Instagram").
- Alternative Method: You can also type "Delete my data" directly in the chat. While this triggers a manual review by our team, sending an email remains the official way to ensure permanent removal.
What happens next?
- Our technical team will locate your unique Page-Scoped ID (PSID) and erase all stored logs and conversation history from our database within 7 business days.
- Please note that while we delete the data on our servers, your own copy of the conversation may still appear in your personal Facebook/Instagram inbox unless you delete it on your end as well.
