Once your bouquet has been delivered, you may have questions about condition, delivery proof, or follow-up. Below are the most common concerns.

Q: Do you provide photos or proof of delivery?
A: We provide two different types of photos, depending on the stage of your order:

Finished Bouquet Preview (Preview Photo):
We take a photo every time once the bouquet or floral arrangement is completed. This preview photo is sent automatically by email to the email address used at checkout. Preview photos are sent once the bouquet has been fully prepared and may not be sent immediately after ordering. -
Proof of Delivery (Delivery Photo):
This photo is taken by the delivery driver at or after delivery. It is not guaranteed and depends on the recipient’s permission, the delivery location, and the driver’s ability at the time of delivery.
Please note:
Preview photos are provided for confirmation only. Once the bouquet is completed, changes or redesigns are not possible.
We create each bouquet to closely match the sample product. However, as flowers are natural materials, some flowers or secondary elements may vary depending on seasonal availability.
If you have any special requests or preferences, please inform us before checkout. Requests made after preparation may incur additional charges.
If you would like a proof of delivery photo (such as a photo of the recipient receiving the bouquet), please inform us before the scheduled delivery time so we can arrange it in advance.
Important: Preview photos and delivery proof photos are sent by email only. We do not send photos via LINE by default.
If you would like to receive photos or delivery updates via LINE, please connect your account in advance through our LINE Connect service .
Once connected, you may receive:
- Finished bouquet preview photos
- Delivery updates (when available)
- Direct communication with our team
