Q: Do you send proof of delivery?

A: We only provide proof of delivery if requested in advance.
Here’s how it works:

  • We always take a photo of the finished bouquet before dispatch.
  • Our delivery partners may not always take a photo at drop-off unless told beforehand.
    If you want:
  • A photo of the recipient receiving the bouquet
  • A delivery confirmation photo
    Please tell us before we deliver so we can arrange it.

  • Finished bouquet photo
  • Delivery updates (if available)
