FAQ: Delivery Charge & Pickup

Delivery Charges

Our product prices do not include delivery fees. The delivery cost is calculated based on your postal code and order value to ensure fair pricing.

 

• Downtown areas:

Most locations have a standard delivery fee of 100 THB. However, if your address is on the opposite side of the city or farther from our dispatch location, the fee may range from 100 to 200 THB.

 

• Outer districts:

For locations farther from the city center, the delivery fee typically ranges from 250 to 300 THB.

 

For orders above 2,000 THB, delivery is free of charge.

 

You can check the exact delivery cost on the checkout page after entering your postal code and proceeding to the second page while filling in the delivery address.

 

Store Pickup

You can pick up your order at our store free of charge.

Some customers choose the pickup option and arrange for a third-party delivery service to collect their orders from us.

If you plan to have someone pick up your order on your behalf, please ensure they present a screenshot of the order confirmation from your email. Without this, we cannot release the order.
