FAQ: Flower Availability and Customization
Q: Can I request specific flowers or colors?
A: Yes! With our Custom Bouquet Service, you can choose your preferred flowers, colors, wrapping, and ribbon directly on the design page. If you’d like seasonal flowers or something not shown in the selection, just contact us via live chat before placing the order so we can confirm availability.
If you’d rather not design from scratch, you can also browse our collection of over 800 ready-made bouquet styles.
Q: What happens if the flowers I want are out of stock?
A: Our products display availability in different ways depending on season and stock status:
-
“Order in Advance” Button
If a product shows an “Order in Advance” button instead of “Add to Cart,” you can still place an order. An estimated preparation time will appear under the button, and when you proceed to checkout, the delivery calendar will show the first available date based on that estimate.
⚠ Important:
On the cart page, you may still see other delivery time options appear. Please select the delivery date that matches the estimated processing time shown earlier. In some cases, only the correct available dates will be selectable.
- “Out of Stock” or Not Available for Sale
If a product shows “Out of Stock” or is unavailable to purchase, it means the flowers are currently out of season or the item is being removed from our shop.
-
“Add to Cart” Button (Available Now)
Products with an active “Add to Cart” button are generally available for same-day or next-day preparation. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you directly to offer alternatives or suggest similar options.
