Q: Can I request specific flowers or colors?
A: Yes! With our Custom Bouquet Service, you can choose your preferred flowers, colors, wrapping, and ribbon directly on the design page. If youâd like seasonal flowers or something not shown in the selection, just contact us via live chat before placing the order so we can confirm availability.
If youâd rather not design from scratch, you can also browse our collection of over 800 ready-made bouquet styles.

Q: What happens if the flowers I want are out of stock?
A: Our products display availability in different ways depending on season and stock status:

âOrder in Advanceâ Button
If a product shows an âOrder in Advanceâ button instead of âAdd to Cart,â you can still place an order. An estimated preparation time will appear under the button, and when you proceed to checkout, the delivery calendar will show the first available date based on that estimate.
â Important:
On the cart page, you may still see other delivery time options appear. Please select the delivery date that matches the estimated processing time shown earlier. In some cases, only the correct available dates will be selectable.

- âOut of Stockâ or Not Available for Sale
If a product shows âOut of Stockâ or is unavailable to purchase, it means the flowers are currently out of season or the item is being removed from our shop.

âAdd to Cartâ Button (Available Now)
Products with an active âAdd to Cartâ button are generally available for same-day or next-day preparation. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you directly to offer alternatives or suggest similar options.
