A: It's our free loyalty program. You earn points on purchases and activities, then redeem them for rewards. As you spend more, you also move up membership tiers that unlock extra perks like free delivery and bouquet upsizes.
Q: How do I join?
A: Joining is free. Create a customer account on our website, or visit the Membership Program page and click "Join Now." You'll get 100 points just for signing up.
Q: How do I earn points?
A: You can earn points through:
- Placing an order — points per ฿1 spent, rate depends on your membership tier
- Placing your first order — 300 bonus points
- Signing up for an account — 100 points
- Subscribing to our newsletter — 200 points
- Celebrating your birthday — 500 points
- Liking us on Facebook — 125 points
- Following us on Instagram — 125 points
- Visiting our store daily — 5 points
Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: Go to your cart page or the Membership Program page and click the purple points widget. You'll see the full, up-to-date list of rewards available to redeem — such as bill discounts, free shipping, and free gifts like our DIY Flowers Set.
Please note: redeemed discount rewards may come with conditions for use — for example, requiring a minimum order of ฿500 or more for that specific order. Please make sure the order you want to use the discount on meets that minimum before checking out.
Q: Where can I see and access my points and rewards while shopping?
A: Your points and rewards follow you across the site — every placement uses the same purple badge, block, or theme so it's easy to spot. Here's where to find them:
- Product Page: A badge above the "Add to Cart" button shows how many points you'll earn by purchasing that item, plus your current points balance.

- If you're a member, it shows your points balance available to redeem, plus how many points this order will earn.
- If you're browsing as a guest, it shows how many points this order would earn, plus a prompt to log in to redeem rewards.
- Member Rewards (tier perks): If your tier is Bloom Spirit or above, a separate "Member Rewards" badge appears above the points badge in your cart. Tapping it expands a dropdown of your tier benefits (like free delivery or a bouquet upsize) that you can select and apply to that order.
- Floating Widget: A purple icon floats on the side of every page (on desktop). Tapping it opens your full membership overview — points balance, tier, and rewards — the same information as the dedicated membership page.
- Account Page: Log in to your account to view the same membership overview — your points, tier, and rewards — right on your profile page.
Q: What are membership tiers?
A: Your tier is based on your total spending since our program start date (July 29, 2025). Higher tiers earn a bigger points multiplier on every order, plus exclusive perks:

A: Tier benefits are separate from points redemption. On the cart page, look for the purple "Member Rewards" section — your available tier perks appear there automatically if you qualify. Each perk is a one-time claim per tier period and does not reset monthly.

A: No, membership points never expire. However, Gentle Doves reserves the right to update reward offerings, point values, and program rules at any time.

Q: How does the referral program work?
A: Refer a friend and you both benefit — they get 10% off their first order, and you get 10% off once they complete a purchase. Referral discounts apply to new customers only.
