FAQ: Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers sometimes need to make small changes after ordering. Below are the most common questions about editing or canceling orders.

 

Q: Can I edit my order after payment?

A: Small adjustments such as card message or paper color can be requested through live chat or our social media channels. However, changing the flower selection or switching to a different bouquet is not possible once payment is made.
If your order was placed less than 3 hours ago, and production has not started, you may request a cancellation and place a new order (according to our cancellation policy).

 

Q: Can I change the delivery date, time, or address?

A: Yes. Please let us know at least 1 day in advance of delivery.
If you order for same-day delivery, contact us immediately after checkout so we can adjust the schedule before production begins.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Q: Can I update the message card after ordering?

A: Yes, but please inform us at least 1 day before delivery, or immediately after placing your order if it's for same-day delivery.
