Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We offer three main options:

  2. PayPal (via payment link)
  3. Bank Transfer

 

Q: Can I pay with an international credit or debit card?

A: Yes, we accept international Visa and Mastercard from most countries.

 

Q: Can I pay with other cards like Amex, JCB, Discover, Diners Club?

A: Not directly at checkout. But you can:

  1. Select Bank Transfer
  2. Contact us
  3. We’ll send you a custom payment link

 

Q: Can I pay by PromptPay QR scan?

A: if you prefer to pay using a QR code, please select “Bank Transfer” as your payment method at checkout. After placing your order, contact us via Line, WhatsApp, or Email to request the PromptPay QR code.

 

Q: Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

A: No, COD is not available. All orders must be paid in advance.

 

Q: Can I get a tax invoice?

A: We do not issue tax invoices, but you can download a receipt from your customer account.
