FAQ: Pickup Option Not Available? How to Fix It

If you see the message “No stores available with your item. Ship to address instead.”, don’t worry — it’s easy to fix.

This happens when the system detects that you’re outside Chiang Mai (for example, if you’re shopping from another city or from abroad). You just need to update your location manually to make our shop available for pickup.

How to make the pickup option available

  1. On the checkout page, under Delivery method, tap or click “Change location” (the small underlined text).

2. A panel will appear with two options:

  • Use my location
  • Enter postal code manually → choose this one.

3. Enter the details:

  • In the Country/Region field, select Thailand.
  • In the Postal code box, type 50200 — this is the postal code of our shop at Chotana Mall – Chang Phuak, Chiang Mai.
  • From the suggestion list that appears, select Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand.

4. Then click Find stores. You’ll now see: “There is 1 location with stock close to you.” showing Gentle Doves Flower Shop – Chotana Mall as the pickup point.

5. Select that location and click Continue to payment to complete your order.

Why this happens

Our system automatically uses your current location to suggest nearby stores. If you’re outside Chiang Mai, it won’t show the pickup option until you enter the correct postal code (50200).
