FAQ: Thai Chuay Thai Plus

Q1: What is “Thai Chuay Thai Plus”?

Thai Chuay Thai Plus (ไทยช่วยไทย พลัส) is a Thai government co-payment program where the government covers 60% of the cost of eligible goods and you pay 40%. The government contributes up to 200 THB per person per day. The total quota per person is 1,000 THB per month, with a maximum of 4,000 THB over the four-month duration.

Q2: Can I use Thai Chuay Thai Plus at Gentle Doves?

Yes. Gentle Doves Flower Shop is registered to accept Thai Chuay Thai Plus. You can use it when you choose Pickup at Shop and pay in person.

Q3: How do I pay with Thai Chuay Thai Plus?

  1. Choose Pickup at Shop as your delivery method during checkout.
  2. Select “Thai Chuay Thai Plus (ไทยช่วยไทย พลัส)” as your payment method.
  3. When you arrive at the shop, open your Paotang (G-Wallet) app.
  4. Tap the Thai Chuay Thai Plus (60/40) banner and scan our Tung Ngern QR code.
  5. Confirm the payment in the app and show your e-slip to our staff to receive your flowers.

Note: Your G-Wallet must have enough balance to cover your 40% share plus any amount that exceeds the government’s 200 THB/day subsidy. If your balance is short, you can scan our QR Code Payment again at the counter to pay the remaining amount.

  • Example 1 (450 THB Bouquet):
The government contributes the maximum 200 THB (daily cap), and your G-Wallet is charged the remaining 250 THB.
  • Example 2 (1,000 THB Premium Arrangement):
The government contributes the maximum 200 THB (daily cap), and your G-Wallet is charged the remaining 800 THB.
