FAQ: Using Half-Half Plus
Q1: What is âHalf-Half Plusâ?
Half-Half Plus (āļāļāļĨāļ°āļāļĢāļķāđāļ āļāļĨāļąāļŠ) is a Thai government co-payment program that lets eligible Thai citizens pay 50% for eligible goods while the government covers the remaining 50%, up to 200 THB per person per day. The total quota per person is 2,400 THB for tax-filing participants and 2,000 THB for nonâtax-filing participants (this refers to the citizenâs status, not the merchant).
Â
Q2: Can I use Half-Half Plus at Gentle Doves?
Yes. Gentle Doves Flower Shop is registered to accept Half-Half Plus. You can use it when you choose Pickup at Shop and pay in person.
Â
Q3: How do I pay with Half-Half Plus?
- Choose Pickup at Shop as your delivery method during checkout.
- Select âHalf-Half Plus (āļāļāļĨāļ°āļāļĢāļķāđāļ āļāļĨāļąāļŠ)â as your payment method.
- When you arrive at the shop, open your Paotang (G-Wallet) app.
- Tap the Half-Half Plus banner and scan our Tung Ngern QR code.
- Confirm the payment in the app and show your e-slip to our staff to receive your flowers.
Note: Your G-Wallet must have enough balance to cover the amount that exceeds the governmentâs 200 THB/day subsidy. If your balance is short, you can scan our QR Code Payment again at the counter to pay the remaining amount.
Example: For a 500 THB bouquet, your G-Wallet is charged 300 THB and the government contributes 200 THB (daily cap).
Â
Q4: What are the usage hours and dates?
The scheme is active 29 October â 31 December 2025 and available daily between 06:00 AM â 11:00 PM. Gentle Doves accepts Half-Half Plus payments during business hours 10:00 AM â 8:30 PM.

Â
Q8: What if the system fails or the quota runs out?
If the co-pay quota is used up or the Paotang app cannot process the payment, you can still pay the full amount using normal cash or standard QR at the shop.
