❤ Important Lead Time
Delivery: We require 3 hours of preparation time before your selected delivery slot.
Pick-up: We require 2.5 hours of preparation time before your selected pick-up time.
Please note: Time slots that are too soon (based on the lead time) will not appear at the cart page. The system will only show slots that are still available.
❤ Valentine’s Day Delivery Timing
On Valentine’s Day, delivery volume is extremely high. Your bouquet will arrive within your selected time slot, but most deliveries happen in the last 2 hours of that slot.
If you request a specific delivery time in the Delivery Instructions box, please note it is not guaranteed during Valentine’s Day due to traffic and delivery volume.
