The shop utilizes delivery services from partners such as Grab, Line Man, and Maxim for order deliveries. The delivery personnel from these partners will be the ones contacting the recipient upon reaching the destination.

The shop can only deliver products to recipients within the city of Chiang Mai and neighboring districts in the province of Chiang Mai. You can find out the delivery location on the checkout page by pinning your location.

If you choose to cancel your order, the cancellation must meet the following conditions: it must be requested within 3 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. If more than 3 hours have passed, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount. No cancellations will be entertained under any circumstances once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse or is in transit.

In the rare event that you find the freshness of your order or the condition of any flowers unsatisfactory, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours, providing photos of the delivered items, and we will be more than happy to replace them. Read more
