Wrapped Flowers is available as a one-time purchase or as a subscription.
When you subscribe, you’ll receive a DIY flower kit delivered on a recurring schedule you choose.

Each delivery includes fresh flowers and foliage selected in bud form, packed with a water bag to help maintain freshness.
All subscription plans include free delivery.
Flowers are seasonal and florist-selected, so varieties may vary each time.

We offer two subscription options:

Pay-As-You-Go
Charged automatically when each scheduled order is created.
Minimum commitment: 2 successful orders.
This plan expires automatically after 10 completed orders.

Prepay
Paid in advance at a discounted rate for multiple deliveries.
Minimum commitment: 4 successful orders.
This plan expires automatically after 32 completed orders.

Billing occurs automatically before each delivery, based on your selected frequency.

What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?

Subscriptions can be paid by credit or debit card only.

Bank transfers and cash on delivery (COD) are not available for subscription orders, as recurring payments are processed automatically for each delivery.

You may change the color theme of your Wrapped Flowers for upcoming deliveries.
This can be managed through your customer account before the next billing cycle.

Changes apply to future orders only and are subject to flower availability at the time of delivery.
If the selected color theme is unavailable, we will arrange a similar alternative.

Subscriptions can be managed through your customer account.

You may pause or cancel your subscription once the minimum order requirement of your plan is met.
Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops future billing and deliveries.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once an order has been processed.
